What is printable vinyl?
Printable vinyl is essentially what it sounds like! Vinyl we can print on! This is perfect for detailed, printed picture aesthetics. Unlike normal vinyl, which we can only do one solid colour. Please keep in mind that there is size restrictions on printable vinyl, it is usually 5x10 inches but this may differ depending on the shape and layout.

What products do you sell?
Freya Willow Co creates original, stylish designs including wall decals, small car decals, and other easy-to-move items. All products are designed in-house with care and attention to detail.

Are your decals reusable?
Most of our decals are designed for one-time application to ensure the best finish. They can be removed carefully, but re-use is not recommended as they may lose stickiness or stretch.

Will the decals damage my walls or surfaces?
Our decals are made from high-quality vinyl designed to be removable without leaving residue on most smooth, clean surfaces. We recommend testing on a small, hidden area first, especially on freshly painted walls or textured surfaces.

How do I apply the decals?
Your order will come with a step-by-step application guide, you can also check our social media for video demonstrations. All you need is a clean, dry surface and a little patience. No extra tools are necessary, but one of our Press + Stay packages or a credit card can help smooth out air bubbles.

Do you take custom orders?
At the moment, we are focused on our original designs, but we may offer custom options in the future. Keep an eye on our socials or join our email list for updates.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from NSW, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within Australia, but we plan to expand soon.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
